Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase!
Cheval amour will gladly accept returns for a full refund and exchanges within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery with a copy of the original invoice. Please note:
- We will only accept returns and exchanges for items that have not been worn, altered or washed.
- Cheval Amour reserves the right to deny credit for returns and exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
- Return of item(s) purchased with a gift card will be refunded with store credit.
- Refunds do not include shipping costs.
- Cheval Amour is not responsible for loss or damage of an item during return shipping.
How to return or exchange your item:
- Please print out and complete the Return or Exchange Form.
- Place the completed form and a copy of the original invoice in a box with the item and ship to the following address:
